Joke of a service, happy to take your money and then not actually deliver the parcel. Paid for guaranteed next day due to time sensitive product, and its didnt turn up.
Online it showing as at the 'Hub'. Spent 45 mins on hold to be told it was delayed - and they could try and deliver it the next day. No care about the impact on our business or their failure to provide the service we paid for, no reason for the delay or care on their part.
Told we could claim the cost of the postage back online, which is another 15 mins process, but no ability to claim the time and costs of redoing the process and sending again
