Appalling company. Poor customer care. No one takes responsibility for anything - given they are not accountable, who cares about doing their job right? So spend your entire time directing people to someone else so it becomes someone else's problem and no one has to actually use their brain to try and help find a package or a solution. My package was in the UK and could have been easily delivered but they chose to send it back to Australia in 24 hours. They're not even that good when you pay them to actually deliver something. I hate Parcelforce - this company should go bust. No one should use them.
