Extremely incompetent on so many levels. Had to chase up on numerous occasions with Parcelforce - never received a ticket slip, a letter or any information pertaining to my package. Meanwhile, it sat at the depot for over a week without my knowledge. Once I chased up, I paid the extortionate custom charges fees, they told me that it would be delivered next day. Only to be told the next day (i had to contact them again, mind you) that they simply didn't have time to deliver my parcel. They did mention i can pick it up - pick up my own parcel which i paid for twice (posting + customs) because of your incompetent delivery staff?!?! Either way i need to travel an hour out to the depot, pay a £12 Saturday delivery fee, or take another day off? Either way I'm losing out. At this stage it would have been cheaper for me to fly to the country and bring back the goods myself. Avoid them at all cost.
