Tracking info said parcel out for delivery at 08:43 depot about 20 miles away. 15:00 no sign of parcel called Parcelwise - on hold for 35 minutes waiting for an agent to be available then they terminated the call. Called Parcelwise again at 16:30 - helpful lady said she would contact the depot, get them to call the driver and then ring to update me. All this time the tracking info showed out for delivery. 18:51 (they supposedly deliver until 19:00) called local depot. Lady said "it's out for delivery". Asked her to call the driver and ring me back to let me know what is happening said would call me back even if unable to contact driver. No call back - no update on tracking at 17:20. 17:30 tracking shows "Returned to Depot" and says "Your parcel has been returned to our depot following an attempted delivery or a problem locating the address. Our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next." I was in my garden all day no one from Parcelforce came anywhere near, other delivery companies always find my house and Parcelforce have done so in the past. No card left! Because the idle drive did not attempt to deliver it or to find my address! What a shower - avoid them!
