Parcelforce, the worst ever!!! They should be shut down and investigated!!!! I have my crystals and gemstones sent to me from Australia, for my business, laying in a depot in Gloucester. It has been there for 2 weeks, only a few days ago I got a letter saying that a fee of 78£ must be payed, and it will get sent back to Australia within 20 days of receiving this letter…I only got the letter a few days ago. It gets worse…when I was about to pay the fee, I find out that they have my residential address down as the delivery address, and I am NOT on my residential address, the that is NOT where it is addressed to, that is NOT what the sender wrote on the parcel. I called them, got to speak to a lady who kept saying that their “system” says residential address…I kept saying your “ system” has got it wrong, the sender has sent it, to another delivery address where it is supposed to go, where I am right now, and have Christmas markets coming up, where I am supposed to sell my products. She hung up on me rude cow, Casey! I called again, and that lady said, that I should take screenshots of the proof of where the parcel was sent to, and send the email to a certain department, which I did. Again… waiting…for them to get back to me. I have lost so much time and money because of this, I could have made sales online as well. I am in Essex, there is no way I am going to Cheltenham to pick up the parcel, it costs time and money, and already costs 78£ Customs fee. Having it redirected from Cheltenham to Essex, would also cost extra as the parcel is 15 kg. AND it is not safe because Royal Mail has “ lost” a lot of mail recently, also not reliable. There are no words for how furious I am😡🤬😡🤬😡 I would go on an rampage in their depot but that would land me in jail, so I will find other ways of holding them responsible. I will get a lawyer and do anything I can to get them prosecuted. I have had to cancel the Christmas market, so lost a lot of money, but also all the stress and hassle, I and the sender have had, when it is all the fault of Parcelforce. All THEIR mess!!! They should compensate me for all this, and I will do my best to make them pay for this outrageously bad service, and incompetence!!! I will go to the local newspapers and even live in Tv if I have to!!! They are holding up everything and delaying and causing a hell of a lot of chaos WTF!!! Is going on here?!!! Parcelforce sort it out NOW!!! Sort it out!!!!!!!!!! Karina
