Nothing but inconvenience and expense caused by Parcel Force this year. I had one parcel come from Denmark, sat in a Manchester depot for 5 days (about an hour by road from where I live) and when it did move, it was too Millom - completely the wrong direction! Eventually reached me after over a week in the UK.
Latest saga is a parcel delivery attempted and left at a Post Office that never opens at the weekend, do I have used the PF website twice to rearrange delivery and worked from home / took annual leave to be in. The redeliveries were not done and the website lost track of them and says the item is still awaiting collection. If I can't arrange collection tomorrow, it will be getting sent back to Germany. I'm having to ask a huge favour of someone now.
I don't have these problems with ANY other carrier and I order a lot of stuff. The companies that use them are unfortunately being filled by their 'national carrier' type image, but I think company is on the road to nowhere. You have wonder if they even care.
