I tried to get a parcel delivered to my address and they attempted to deliver. It failed, but they left no red note so it became more difficult for me to request redelivery. Upon requesting redelivery, I provided them with a phone number and email for them to contact. Not only did they not call this number or email, they again did not leave a note. I then tried to get them to redeliver a THIRD time and this time I asked them to deliver it on a certain day, they decided to deliver it 5 days before I asked them to (when I wasn't in the city mind you). This time they didn't even bother going to the address, they just claimed it was incomplete. Then, without letting it sit in the depot for a while, that day it was sent to the National Depot and returned to sender. Again, without notification. Parcelforce is a joke, DO NOT choose them if you ever have a choice and want to receive your packages.
