Had two parcels due to be delivered yesterday, coming from the same supplier. However Parcelforce only delivered one, and said they had address issues for the second one. How is that possible? So they can get to my address for one parcel but not the other? We have no end of trouble with Parcelforce, their tracking is never accurate, they only deliver half of an order and simply say “oops” whenever you question them. I’ve asked my supplier if they could ship with someone else in the future because Parcelforce are unreliable.
