A parcel was sent to us from the USA (USPS or United States Postal Service), but it did not arrive to our address, they did not inform us when they have apparently delivered it to an unexisting person Mr. Arthur, there was only a picture of a shop. We complained and their only answer was that it was delivered to a neighbor. They do not take any responsibilities nor any action if you do not receive the parcels. An extremely bad and unreliable post. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IN ENGLAND IF YOU WANT YOUR PERCELS DELIVERED.
