Disgraceful company. I sold some books for 270, and paid to send them. Paid extra to make sure they were covered by insurance . Parcelforce damaged them and when I made a claim they said books are collectables which is wrong. I appealed but they still said this. Books are not collectables, they are not listed on their list of banned items and when asked at the post office what they were I was not told they were banned. Books are for reading, for education not collectables. They didn't want to pay for THEIR damage which is wrong
They said the insurance I paid was for lose.....BUT I bet they wouldn't pay if they lost them as they claim they are collectables!!! I trusted them to deliver the items undamaged, not asking much? Well it seems it is! I would have been better off sending them with the company everyone hates!!!
