Received notification that our parcel was out for delivery, arriving between 1 and 2 pm
The van was about 2 miles away at 2.30pm, by 3 no map was on the app and a message saying it was scheduled for delivery today - 7.00pm and nothing received!!!
Between Parcelforce and EVRI (old HERMES) herpes, you are battling to be the worst - you did a great job of getting 1st place. I think you should change your name to PARCELFARCE!!!
