They tried to deliver but I was out. Rescheduled for 2 days later as they don’t seem to offer the opportunity to select a safe place. Only option is with a neighbour. How many neighbours do you have that you can guarantee are in for 12 hours a day?
They then tried to re deliver the next day when I knew I would be unavailable.
Very poor. They seem to be living in a different decade!
