First I had an update on my tracking saying the van had broken down so the delivery was delayed... but was promised it would arrive still on the day.. Then hours later I had another update... cannot find your premises. WTF Every other delivery company has managed to find my address before. It is really annoying when you are waiting for something really important and you get retarded updates like this! I asked why they didn`t call my mobile phone if the guy was struggling to locate me... oh our drivers don`t do that! Why the **** not??? Every other courier can call you if they have any issues!! Now my time has been wasted waiting for these important car parts that I needed A.S.A.P and I have got to sit around again waiting for a delivery again.. I have never known such an incompetent company! Absolutely useless!
