I got a notification of a 1 hour window for delivery which was helpful. The next thing I know is that I get a text to say they tried to deliver unsuccessfully. Well I can tell you there is no way they turned up. I was here waiting and the bell did not ring. No car came down the drive and although the email said a card would be left, surprise surprise there was no card. This is not the first time we've had probelms with Parcelforce. Why can't they leave the parcels in our porch anyway like other delivery firms do, as we nominate it as a safe place. It's the only company I have complaints about. So now I will have to go and pick it up somewhere?? Rubbish service!!
