I was waiting for a parcel from Ebay. I was informed by the seller that I had signed for it as Mrs X on 27.10.2016 at 8.52 am, when I was not even at home. My husband was at home and he certainly did not sign for it!! Parcelforce have either delivered it to the wrong address or kept it, but refuse to accept their mistake.
