I had an awful experience with Parcelforce. The driver failed to show up on the scheduled date and time, and there was no way to contact them. When I called the Parcelforce office, the receptionist didn't offer any assistance and merely said, "Good luck chasing it!" I felt like my time was wasted waiting for a delivery that never came. The next day, I saw that my order had been reloaded onto the van and marked out for delivery. However, the live tracker was unhelpful; it showed the van parked in a nearby area for hours, moving a short distance and then remaining stationary again. By the end of the day, I still had not received my delivery. I really question why companies continue to use Parcelforce, as they are unreliable and frustrating to deal with.I had an awful experience with Parcelforce.
