Worst company to deal with. Was expecting a very big parcel, took the day off to be at home and then they never came. Not only this but they lied about coming to my place: I received this "We attempted to deliver your parcel on Thursday 14th November 2024 at 15:53 but no one was available. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next." I was all day in and no ring was heard. I noticed this approximately 10min after the driver was left but the company could not do anything to inform the driver I was home. Rubbish. The guy that send this paid 170£ for this service.
