Terrible service. The delivery person wasn’t even at our home, but I received a message saying he missed me, even though I was at home. I called straight away (it was Wednesday), and the lady on the phone said she arranged a re-delivery for tomorrow.
On Thursday, I received a leaflet through my letterbox stating that my parcel was at the post office. I called again, and another lady apologized and said she arranged a re-delivery for tomorrow (Friday).
On Friday, I received a message that my parcel was at the post office. I called again, and another lady explained that the representative on Wednesday never arranged a re-delivery; she arranged for me to collect it from the post office. However, the lady on Thursday did arrange a re-delivery, and I was told I would receive my parcel within the next five working days.
The following Friday, I still had no parcel, so I called again. The parcel was still at the post office! The lady on the phone could not explain why and just kept apologizing whenever I asked what happened. She said she would mark my case as high priority, but there’s no chance it will be delivered next week.
I will never use this company again!
