I ordered an item from a company in France who were obviously ignorant of the reviews. It has been taken to a "local" post office which is actually out of my way despite technically being the closest so I cannot pick this up to the weekend. I attempted to have the parcel rerouted to a work's address but as the courier had not completed the card fully the, surprisingly helpful, customer service team could not do this. They were also unable to find the parcel on the system as the courier had put the wrong (I suspect non existent) address on the system. I am going to attempt to collect the parcel from the "local" post office at the weekend and hopefully they will find it.
