I received a text from Parcelforce saying a parcel would delivered today , I told my daughter who was receiving the parcel to expect it. She said she would be in all day, then another text from parcelforce saying an attempt to deliver said parcel had failed and they had left a card. My daughter checked on her video doorbell. No parcelforce van had turned up and no card was left. Another text later from parcel force said they have left it at a post office and to get it yourself. The parcel force driver hadn’t even bothered to go to her address , I am divested 😡
