Absolutely Disgusting Service – Never Again I paid £25 for a parcel to be collected and delivered the next day, but the experience was beyond disappointing. The driver arrived and claimed he had forgotten the label. He assured me he would return to collect the parcel after retrieving it, but he never came back. When I checked the parcel tracking, the status showed: "Collection attempted - parcel not available", which is an outright lie. My parcel was ready and waiting, but they falsely reported otherwise. To make matters worse, I tried contacting Parcel Force over 30 times, but no one answered. They don’t even provide an email for customer service, leaving me completely helpless. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when you pay a premium. They don’t come on time, they don’t deliver on time, and clearly, they don’t care about their customers. Beware! Do not use Parcel Force. You risk your parcel not being delivered and wasting both your money and time.
