Parcel Force are still advertising 24 hour delivery service while at the same time are issuing notices in their tracking pages of issues at Milan and Fumicino. They say there was a cyber attack around Dec 5th, 10 days ago, and cannot guarantee delivery . However they are happy to confirm they are still shipping to Italy. I hope they are not shipping via Milan or Fumicino otherwise they just add to existing mess. I have been waiting for news for 10 days and the only message they have is that as soon as they know something they will let there customers know. You would imagine after 10 days they might have learned more. But apparently not. In the meantime I have received 2 shipments from DHL after this date. Forget Parcel Force use a reputable and customer orientated shipping company.
