I have evidence that I was due a delivery today from Friday… so we prepare for today. The tracking says it’s been in the depot all day.. it said it was out for delivery.. then it said it’s being allocated a route.. but it was out for delivery a second ago. Then it states that it has just arrived at the depot at 7.45 pm but this morning it was at the depot and out for delivery. I am highly concerned for my parcel. I will seek compensation for this as we planned from Friday when told it’s coming Monday.. for them to cancel at 11 with continuous contradictory updates. I am worried about my parcel lying around like rubbish. Any damage will be sought after in a claim.
