The biggest cheat from this company that the customer service agent suggested the compensation of £5, and just after the chat, she send me the email saying that she can't do the compensation. £5 compensation is nothing as a amount, they even cheat this small amount, I can see how untrustable this company is. this is the worst company I have ever deal with. disappointed.
