Day 1 and 2 tried to deliver parcel no one was home so didn't bother leaving it in a safe place and didn't leave a card. Day 3 nothing had to phone up and they where expecting me to collect from exeter which is far away so had to rearrange delivery told me they wont leave it and so.settled on a post office and told them what one. Day 4 they didn't bother to even try deliver it didn't leave a card told me it was taken to the post office. Day 5 I went to the post office just to be told it wasn't there so wasted more time phoned them yet again to find out where it was as I still wasn't told on tracking or by card. Day 6 I finally get my parcel but not before I had to pay additional fees that even the post office worker couldn't understand why. This parcel was ment to be next day delivery and it basically took a week.
