Absolute rubbish. I have been waiting in ESPECIALLY for a parcel which was supposed to be delivered between 12:20 and 13:20. I get a text at 13:50 saying "We tried to deliver your parcel at 13:40" which is absolute total and utter rubbish. The bell never went. This is absolute classic nonsense of this ridiculous and unreliable business.
