I was supposed to have my parcel delivered today on their 24 hour service which obviously didn't arrive. I received the text this morning to say it was on it's way & checking the tracking number I could see it was on the van to be delivered. On phoning customer service I was told the driver had left at 10.45am & returned to the depot at 4.45pm without attempting to deliver the parcel. What a hopeless bunch of part time *****! On googling Parcelforce I was horrified to see just how useless they are as a delivery company. I've emailed the supplier of my order to suggest he uses DPD from now on as he's wasting his money using what has to be one of the shoddiest services I've ever come across...& I thought Yodel were bad!!
