Bunch of thieves never to send a parcel or even a letter through them; Their insurance policy and their terms and conditions has been settled just to rip off people.
I have sent an item worth £400 using their services and I insured the item through them. The item has been lost and their insurance didn't pay.
I do not recommend them to anybody. Bunch of thieves and I can describe their services as sucks.
