As a data recovery company, I am genuinely disappointed with my experience working with Parcel Force. I have lost several customers due to their repeated failure to collect parcels on time. In some cases, I didn’t even receive a refund.
Additionally, they lost a parcel that was critical to an important client, and they showed no sense of responsibility—simply repeating, "We're sorry, we couldn't find it." After 12 years of working with various courier services, Parcel Force has been the worst by far.
