Utterly useless.
Parcelfarce, miss-spelling intended, seem to have contracts with several large companies who offer 'next day delivery'. In effect it can be up to a week before your consignment arrives.
If you talk to the drivers they will tell you what a mess Parcelfarce are in in terms of bad management and indeed total incompetency on the part of those in charge.
