Three purchases over the last couple of months have been sent via Parcelforce. None have arrived. Multiple attempted deliveries to completely random address. No cards left. Tracking is a joke. Had to drive to a depot to collect one of them. Staff were unhelpful and one was achingly stupid, like she was doing me a massive favour. Gave precise delivery details for the outstanding item and STILL they couldn’t deliver it. No faith in them at all. AVOID.
