If I could leave a Zero Star rating, I would! I had some very important papers that they said will be delivered withing 2 days since it was an international delivery. £44 later and 5 days after, we went to collect the letter ourselves from the local agent which did not respond to our calls.
I am the receiver of the letter and I was told by Parcelforce that I could not claim a refund unless I was the sender (even though we paid for it to have it sent).
Our local Post Office has deliveries on Saturdays costing a few cents to have it sent and the Parcelforce agents, don't. How convenient!
At all cost, please do not use this service. Try DHL or UPS. They're the best!
