The driver did not Have enough sense to ring the doorbell. Our door bell is portable on the inside so I hear it wherever I am in the house. Nor did he bother to try to leave my parcel with a neighbour. It is 5.45 pm on a Friday night so I guess he has had enough for today.my parcel left the depot at 7.58am this morning and the driver just got to us at 5.45 pm. This is a bank holiday so I will have to wait until Tuesday for my parcel. Not good enough. Very bad service. I rang parcel force at 6.10 pm and asked if the driver could return but was told that was not possible.. Why bother to have express delivery at all. Not impressed. No initiative shown what so ever. Very poor service.
