Large parcel sent Parcelforce 48 and disappeared before reaching the first hub, called 20 times different departments spoke with one of the management team who asked me to call back in 3 days and when I did it they had changed number, now can't talk to no one. Dodgy company, dodgy drivers dodgy managers.....you got more chances to win Lotto then getting a parcel delivered. Their security system was designed by a decorator, their drivers have the license to steal or to get items lost......they don't care...is not their staff! Instead of sending parcels through them I reccomand you to give them to charity, at least you know they will end up for good cause. One star review is way to to much...I would give them minus five stars. Dodgy dodgy dodgy....watch out
