Unbelievably bad service. MD ignored my letter. They do not fulfill their side of the contracts.
Worst service! Use any other courier service because these lose your parcels and don't honour the insurance you pay.
DO NOT DELIVER TO CORRECT ADDRESS THEN DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY OR REPLY TO COMPLAINTS. AVOID PARCELFORCE!
