Item held in by customs, paid customs fee and Parcelforces 'handling fee' which is about £11 and they offered a delivery date. Waited in all day and no delivery. Waited next day no delivery. Threee separate calls and eventually delivered a few days later.
No compensation for wasted days and when complaint made, the only recourse is an apology by email.
