This is a horrible scam of a company and should be shut down. I am going to see if a class action suit can be filed against them to reimburse all the people they have ripped-off and shut their doors for good.
USE FEDEX -- NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I also paid for express service, then was stunned that the parcel didn't seem to be expediting as it should be. I called their customer service. Although I paid for express service, they said it had been "downgraded" to priority service, and no-one could tell me why or how this happened. This was something that absolutely positively had to be at its destination for a closing. Just one piece of paper.
I got 2 different stories when I called twice. One said it was tied up in customs "could be 10 minutes, could be 5 days. I have no idea." And would be delivered by FEDEX. Another said no it wasn't tied up in customs, it was "one of thousands being sorted, and they would get to it." He didn't know when. He didn't know why it was downgraded. They should be put out of business.
