Im buying constantly off ebay, and 3 times my items were send via Parcelforce - never arrived without problems. My London address might be difficult but somehow any other company manage to deliver but not this one. My first package was signed by a random plumber, accidentally working in this building and was left on staircase (it was a laptop), second was signed most likely by courier himself and left at the staircase where third wasnt even delivered and still in process of searching for it - the fact that you can't talk to anyone but machine doesnt make it simpler. From now on i will always advise my sellers, not to use this company!!!
