Parcelforce deserves f**** zero stars! Draging on with delivery, saying bunch of lies in mails and over the phone, parcel never being delivered even after almost two months, and customer advisers should be renamed to customer service morons who are extremely rude and who actually give away the actuall attitude of the Parcelforce as a company as if they knew more about customer service - they would have trained their employees to LISTEN and HEAR the customer, not to interrupt each and every sentence and tell off to a customer!!!!! My God I wish those same advisers to go through same situation in life so they can feel how it feels to treated the way they treat customers!! Karma is a bitch so - what goes arround comes arround Parcelforce!
