Lost my item. Could not find it even when given the tracking number. Passed from person to person and after 3 hours told to go to the post office I sent it from. Useless. Registered the claim using the online procedure at Parcel force but then the registration was deleted. Contacted them by the Chat facility but told they did not handle the delivery and should fill out a contact form. Filled out a contact form and no reply. Sent an email to customer claims and got an automated message to say the claim is received. Heard nothing since. Absolute garbage service and I will never use them again. They make it impossible to submit a claim and then put all the responsibility of tracking a missing item onto you.
Meanwhile someone is enjoying the laptop that Parcelforce lost.
