Parcel force is one of the most incompetent delivery services you can imagine. From missing deliveries to parcels being delivered a week too late to an address 10 houses down the road. Any complaint or support request you send them will be ignored just the same as you redelivery arrangements via their website. Their drivers will even take the time to run to your door just to slip a missed you note through the letterbox most likely not all the way so it will end up on the street. This note wont have a date, time or driver name either because why would you want to know that their came around when you were in the house waiting for an important package but all they did was leave you an empty note because ringing the door bell is above their pay grade.
