Placed my order to send gifts abroad home on 19/12/17 and they said they would collect my parcel on 20/12/17 to arrive in time for Christmas.
I took the day off to be at home but no one came by 5pm - I decided to call them to see if they would come and apparently the driver never got the job to come pick up?!?!?!!!!
The said they would come first thing next morning and instead came at 4.09pm next day. As a result my package will not arrive home in time for Christmas. I should have paid more to use a real courier service.
LESSON LEARNT PARCELFORCE IS A NO GO!
