Parcelforce 24 taking 4 DAYS, Tracking information highly inaccurate stating "in delivery depot" even after item had been delivered, lucky i was at home.
Parcel handled so badly that lidded and sealed plastic jars wrapped in bubble wrap, in heavy cardboard box had burst open spilling liquid contents over everything.
What a way to run a delivery service.
DPD on the other hand send accurate emails, give one hour slot for delivery. I ordered items yesterday 1pm delivered today 1.20pm. That's what i call service.
