placed an order on 1st jan dispatched to you on 2nd delivery promised by the 5th still no delivery have tracked reference number parcel sent from manchester to northampton on 4th and still bloody there according to website bloody annoying thing is is would have almost passed our town on way to northampton am surprised you have any customers left
