Parcelforce are the carrier for a monthly subscription I hold and for the last three months they have failed to deliver first time. On two of these cases the driver simply ignored delivery instructions to leave with a neighbour and one count of simply assuming I wouldn't be home and signing the job off as failed without attending the address.
Then there's the telephone customer service, who have yet to resolve a delivery issue in a single call. Their customer service reps have openly lied to me, blamed "system issues" for failed deliveries and even refused to reschedule failed deliveries asking me to collect from them instead.
They are by far the worst courier I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, but sadly you rarely get a choice of courier when you order things for delivery so I'm stuck with their non-service until they lose the contract or go under, I won't shed a tear under either scenario.
