Extremely rude customer service at London central depot. I called and they told me to come in to collect my parcel, came in right after work 6:04pm, and they wouldnt serve me because my parcel took long to find? I let other people in front of my get served, stood there until 6:45pm and they still blamed me for having a lost parcel? - Thankfully the people around me who were waiting in the queue also couldnt understand the fact that I was patient enough to wait. At first they were decent and nice to provide customer service but now the staff is extremely rude.
