Awful service. No point using Express48 if it doesn't reach the customer for five days - and this is not the first time. What really annoys me though, is when you phone to complain and the Parcelforce operative is adamant it's not their fault as they weren't told there was a parcel to collect - and maybe I should contact the Post Office and complain to them! No, the fault is with Parcelforce and their flawed business model.. but they're not bothered about that, nor me the customer.
