I placed an order on December 29th, 2017 to be shipped to the United States. I received a confirmation email on January 3rd the item had been shipped with a tracking number. I received an update on January 4th my package was exported from the UK. That was the last update I received. It is now January 18th, 2018 and so far the information I have received via email from ParcelForce is there is inclement weather on the Eastern Portion of the United States and all packages at US Customs will not be processed until next week. This is false information. I received two other packages from two other websites in the UK and both of the those orders were placed after December 29th. I am now dealing with a delay in work needed to be completed due to missing items and have no idea if and when my package will arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!
