Clear sign of parcel being dropped, every glass item inside shattered, pc monitor gone (i know they discourage sending it, i know why now), pc case cracked, it takes effort to break metal case. If you are trying to save money choose different parcel service not this shitty one and just lower the parcel insurance a little. It will still come out more worth it and you can sleep at night, knowing your parcel is with hands that are used to deal with them.
