Parcelforce is the worst delivery company ever!
They deliver parcels directly to the post office without attempting to deliver it to the original address and without leaving a note! This means I have to track down my deliveries and collect them from the post office myself. This happened to me several times and Customer Service are useless.
Avoid this company if you can!
